Healthy food should not mean boring or tasteless food! Real food is about variety, flavours and using the best ingredients, combined in a way to stretch the boundaries, whether that be the preparation or menu design.

With the often repeated mantra of healthy eating and resounding chorus of exercise many of our customers look to us for direction. We design our menus to compliment your lifestyle and give you the information needed to adopt delicious and nutricious eating habits that are both easy and achievable.

Just a couple of pointers for you:

Banana

  • slow release sugars to avoid energy peaks and troughs
  • potassium and sodium, important to avoid weak muscles

Blueberries/Nectarines

  • rich source of vitamin C
  • strong anti- oxidant

Coffee (not one that springs to mind!)

  • helps body’s smooth muscles to relax, which can aid stomach upset and constipation

Mango

  • vitamin C
  • wound healing properties

Oranges

  • rich in potassium
  • helps fluid retention
  • balances high blood pressure by lowering the level of sodium

Peanuts

  • zinc
