OFCOM OPTS FOR CHARLTON HOUSE - NOV 07

Charlton House has gained a catering contract with Ofcom, the independent regulator and competition authority for the UK communications industries.

The independent caterers are due to take over from the incumbents, Restaurant Associations, on 3rd December when a team of eleven catering staff will provide a breakfast, lunch and hospitality service for 900 Ofcom employees at Riverside House, Southwark Bridge Road, London.

The restaurant has stunning views over the Thames. Commenting on the contract, Judy Roberts, Charlton House business development manager, said: “Our goal is to upgrade the kitchen facilities by Easter and to create a restaurant environment where Ofcom employees can feel comfortable meeting throughout the day, with an excellent food offer which will far exceed anything available on the high street.
