David Cavalier, director of food at contract caterer Charlton House is making office food fresher. The chef is having fresh fruit and vegetables delivered to City law firms within 24hours of being harvested from Secretts Farm in Milford, Surrey, which is managed by Gregg Wallace, presenter of BBC’s Masterchef.
