Wellbeing beingwell
This motivating Charlton House eating concept gives recipes and advice on how to boost overall health through better use of the natural goodness present in food. Through our popular www.wellbeingbeingwell.co.uk website you can identify super-foods full of powerful nutrients to help you make healthy eating choices to boost your vitality and immune system and reduce cholesterol.
Wellbeing Beingwell LightWe have recently introduced a new concept called Wellbeing Beingwell Light, which is a development of our Wellbeing Beingwell concept. This focuses on offering a range of calorie counted items such as boxed and plated salads, sandwiches, soups and vending snacks. The recipes have been specially developed by renowned nutritionist, Amanda Ursell, so we are confident that not only will they taste delicious, they will also be offered with accurate supporting information.
Each Wellbeing Beingwell Light meal has a branded sticker so that it can be easily identified as nutritionally balanced. Our Wellbeing Light range is the first step on our journey to complying with the Government’s Responsibility Deal Pledge – part of which involves asking caterers to include calorie labelling on all standard recipes.

Vegetarians Watch Out!
3-5% of the British population are vegetarians, according to FSA figures. With their numbers increasing as health benefits become apparent and choices broaden, our Director of Food, David Cavalier has initiated our Vegetarian Roadshows. His aim is to make vegetarian options on the menu the first choice rather than the last for more of our customers.
The Roadshows involve our entire Executive Chef team touring our restaurants to give inspiring training on delicious meat-free dishes - which will appeal to all our customers… not just the vegetarians!
Naturally Good
Naturally Good is an exciting, recently launched concept, where we display products and ingredients in a contemporary market style, within our restaurants. This gives a clear message to our customers that we use only the best, raw ingredients and hand-make as much as possible. This innovation has been rolled out UK-wide and is enjoying much success.
