Stephen is the newest member to our Executive chef team bringing with him over 20 years experience in fine dining restaurant & 5 star hotels.
Stephen started his career in the Michelin stared Oakes restaurant in Stroud Gloustershire as a commis chef, where he stayed for two years before moving onwards and upwards in his career working with chefs such as Michael Caines MBE, Shaun Hill, Ramon Farthing and Paul Heathcote.
Stephen was appointed Head Chef of the 1 Michelin starred restaurant 36 On the quay in Emsworth at 28 years old and retained the star for 3 years before returning to his native Lancashire to open Grado a Spanish restaurant for Paul Heathcote, Stephen was also responsible for menu costing across all of Pauls’ 13 restaurants.
Stephen will be responsible developing staff and food quality for existing contracts as well as preparing new bids for the North of England and the Midlands.
