Charlton House has worked with great success with the leading IT support company, Steria UK in adapting to their catering needs. We gained our first Steria contract in July 2000. From then on, the business has been extended to include other sites in Wakefield, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Manchester, London and Reading.
In February 2011, after a major re-tendering process, we retained the group contract, with the addition of another site in Hemel Hempstead.
The additional site in Hemel is a true reflection of the strong relationship we hold with our client and indeed, our ability to deliver our promises. To develop business on the strength of existing performance is a real vote of confidence in our staff and in our way of doing of business.
We continue to provide quality food, great service and value for money cross Steria’s seven thriving staff restaurants and hospitality services nationwide, serving the needs of 1,500 satisfied customers.
As for the next milestone in this long and successful relationship, we are now introducing our ‘Naturally Good’ concept across all of the Steria sites to ensure that each becomes an inviting food environment with fresh seasonal produce on display to reflect the company’s healthy eating policies..
