At Charlton House, we like to procure the best quality produce that is grown and reared using local suppliers and British farmers. Our chefs are acutely aware that agriculture has an enormous impact on greenhouse gases - with an estimated 25% being directly related to worldwide emissions - so our farmers have to be environmentally friendly, as well as ethical and cost effective. This is why we carefully hand pick our farmers from across Britain. They work with us year round to plant, grow and supply us with the food - which gets noticed for its excellence in our restaurants..
